neat and compact rooms with climate control and multi-channel tv, etc. paid usd 1524. early check in and late check out. had free wi-fi throughout the property. location very close to center of the city as well as surrounding areas. around 4-6 minutes away by foot from pondy bazaar and 700 feet from mgr memorial house.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice building near Pondy Bazaar with a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff was courteous and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained for the price. The location is perfect, moderately close to Ramee Mall and situated in a major shopping district.

the location was convenient, with easy accessibility to transportation and local restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, with spotless linens, a comfortable bed, and Jaguar brand bathroom fittings. the staff was polite and courteous, and the AC and television were in good working condition.

The hotel has a great location on a busy street with easy access to restaurants and transportation. The room interiors impressed me, with spotless linens, a comfortable bed, and a TV that made my stay comfortable. the bathroom fittings were of Jaguar brand, adding elegance and class to the room.
The negatives were not worth the positives. The staff showed poor customer service skills, and the manager was rude and unresponsive, talking on the phone instead of attending to check-in guests.
